Meet Sherisse Hill, Founder of SHADe
From an early age, I knew I wanted to help people. My journey into aesthetics began with a deeply personal experience—caring for my father after he had surgery. The compassion and expertise I witnessed from his nurses inspired me to pursue nursing. After graduating with my BSN, I dedicated years to post-surgical care before finding my true passion in aesthetic medicine.
In 2006, a chance opportunity introduced me to the transformative world of aesthetics, and I never looked back. I’ve spent nearly two decades refining my skills, pursuing my master’s degree as a nurse practitioner, training with leading experts, and staying ahead of trends to deliver exceptional care. In 2021, I took a leap of faith and founded SHADe to create a space where patients feel seen, valued, and empowered.

Meet our amazing master esthetician, Sarah! With over 5 years of experience in the aesthetics world, Sarah is a true master of her craft. Her passion for cosmetic chemistry and skincare ingredients is unparalleled, and she loves nothing more than creating custom treatments that address each client’s unique concerns.
Whether you’re struggling with acne, sun damage, or signs of aging, Sarah has the knowledge and expertise to help you achieve the radiant, glowing complexion you deserve. Her favorite treatments to perform are corrective facials (with lots of extractions!), microneedling, and chemical peels – but she’s always eager to try new techniques and technologies.
And while Sarah is a skilled professional, she’s also a blast to be around. Her fun-loving and bubbly personality puts clients at ease and ensures that every session is as enjoyable as it is effective.
When she’s not busy transforming skin, Sarah can be found indulging in her favorite hobbies: watching basketball, traveling to new and exciting places, and trying out mouth-watering new recipes in the kitchen. She also has a special love for plants and enjoys spending time cultivating her green thumb.

Registered Nurse
Meet Alisa, a passionate aesthetic nurse dedicated to enhancing the natural beauty and confidence of her patients. With a decade of experience in healthcare across various settings, including emergency medicine, functional and naturopathic medicine, as well as ENT and plastic surgery, she brings a compassionate approach and exceptional skills to every patient interaction. Starting her nursing career in plastic surgery, Alisa gained invaluable experience as a circulating, recovery, and clinic nurse, working alongside skilled surgeons. This experience ignited her enthusiasm for aesthetics and honed her keen eye for achieving natural, rejuvenated results.
Outside of her professional life, Alisa leads an active lifestyle and embraces a holistic approach to wellness. She enjoys spending time outdoors, weight training, practicing Pilates, and cultivating balance in her daily routine. When she’s not in the clinic, you can find her savoring culinary adventures with friends or unwinding at home with her husband and their beloved lab, Lexa.
