There’s no major prep required before treatment, but you’ll be advised to avoid blood-thinning medications and supplements (like aspirin or fish oil) for a few days prior. You will also need to refrain from alcohol consumption the night before to minimize post-treatment bruising.
During Your Renuva® Treatment
The procedure is performed in-office at our state-of-the-art Issaquah clinic. Treatment usually takes less than an hour.
First, the treatment area is cleaned and numbed with a local anesthetic. Renuva® is then injected into the targeted area with a fine needle or cannula, and Sherisse may gently massage the area to ensure even distribution. Most patients easily tolerate the procedure with minimal discomfort.
After Your Renuva® Treatment
Right after your treatment, you may notice mild swelling, redness, or tenderness at the injection sites. These effects are normal and typically resolve within a few days. Most patients return to work, errands, or social activities the same day.
